How can I order fabric?
Once you have found a fabric you like, click on the shopping basket or on the photo to go to the product page. Under ‘size’, you can choose between a Fat Quarter or fabric from the roll. The Fat Quarter measures approximately 50 x 55 cm. This is a versatile size that is suitable for many patterns and small projects. If you want multiple Fat Quarters, you can increase the quantity. If you prefer fabric in one piece, choose fabric from the roll. With a quantity of 1, you will receive a piece of fabric measuring approximately 25 x 110 cm. This can be useful for a Jelly Roll pattern, for example. Increasing the quantity adds 25 cm each time. So for half a meter, choose 2, and for a meter, choose 4.

Do you also make quilt kits?
We would be delighted to assist you in putting together a package for your next project. You can contact us via the contact form or via info@hetnaaldbos.nl to send a photo of the pattern and the materials required. We will then make a selection without obligation and, after approval and consultation, the order will be customized for you. The delivery time for this may be slightly longer and it is not possible to return or exchange the order afterwards.

Can I also pick up my order?
Unfortunately, we do not (yet) have a visiting address. However, it may be possible to pick up an order at a trade fair. Please check the calendar for the options. Before placing an order, please contact us via the contact form or at info@hetnaaldbos.nl.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days from Monday to Friday. More information can be found here.

Can I return my order?
In certain cases, this is possible. For this, it is best to contact this page.

How can I pay?
We accept IDeal, PayPal, and bank transfer.
It is possible to pay 50% in advance and the rest of the amount after receipt. In that case, please choose bank transfer and contact us at info@hetnaaldbos.nl. 

Can I also give my order as a gift?
Yes, of course! Nothing is more fun than receiving a gift. Enter your own address as the billing address and the recipient's address as the delivery address. Indicate in the comments field that it is a gift. We will then ensure that no prices are visible and that it is beautifully wrapped. We also have gift vouchers available so that the recipient can choose something they like themselves. 

How are the products packaged?
Our first priority is, of course, to protect the products, but a beautiful package is extra nice to receive. We wrap every order like a gift.

How can I use my discount code?
You can enter a discount code at the bottom of your shopping cart. The discount will then be calculated automatically.

Where can I submit my claim?
We naturally do our utmost to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction. However, it is possible that something may not have gone quite as planned. If this is the case, please feel free to contact us via the contact form or by sending an email to info@hetnaaldbos.nl. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
