All our packages are shipped via PostNL. Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order. Orders over €75 are even shipped for free!

Rates are subject to change. We ship by parcel and letterbox box so that you can track your order via track & trace.
Delivery time*
We aim to ship packages within 1-2 business days. From Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and trade fair days. If shipping is not possible on a certain day, you will see this at the top of your shopping cart before you place your order.
This is an estimated shipping time and unfortunately it is not always possible to achieve this. In case of delay, we will inform you as soon as possible. PostNL usually delivers the next day, but this is also an estimate. In general, you can expect your package within 1-4 business days.
Send by registered mail
If you would like to take out additional insurance for your order, this is possible. Please contact us before placing your order. The table above shows the costs involved. These costs are at your own expense and the additional costs on top of the normal parcel price will not be reimbursed in the event of a return. In this case, you will not be eligible for free shipping on orders over €75.
International orders
We ship within the European Union. If your country is not listed, please contact me at info@hetnaaldbos.nl.
Returns
Is the product not quite what you expected? In certain cases, you can return the product to us. The conditions are described in detail in this
return form and in our
terms and conditons. You can register return products with us via the
return form, via the
contact form on our website or via
info@hetnaaldbos.nl. You have 14 days after receiving your order to do so. We will then contact you as soon as possible to provide additional information. Once we have received the products from you in as original a condition as possible, you will receive a refund including shipping costs via bank transfer (excluding cash on delivery costs or insurance costs). The costs of the return shipment are at your own expense.
